In the past ten years, M. Max. Chaudhary has devoted the majority of his practice to representation at immigration tribunals such as those at the Immigration and Refugee Board, and the Federal Court of Canada. He received his B.A. from the University of Toronto in 1992. He then received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario, 1993, and was called to the Bar in the province of Ontario in 1995. Mr. Chaudhary is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, immigration and administrative law sections. He is also a Director of the Organization of Professional Immigration Consultants (O.P.I.C.)

He has lectured on immigration law matters on behalf of the Association of Immigration Counsel, the Organization of Professional Immigration Consultants, the International Association of Immigration Practitioners, The Canadian Bar Association, and Seneca College. He has also served as a commentator on immigration matters for the National Post, C.H.R.Y. radio (Toronto), the Canadian Broadcast Corporation (CBC), The Globe and Mail, and the Maytree Foundation, a charitable foundation addressing immigration and social issues in Canada. Some of his clients have been profiled in The Globe and Mail, National Post, Toronto Sun, and Sing Tao (Toronto).

Mr. Chaudhary's client list includes individuals, corporations, solo practitioners, small law firms, and immigration consultants across the world. Consultants requesting our services frequently prefer to remain sole counsel of record with the immigration department. Although we are pleased to enter our appearance as counsel or co-counsel, we welcome proposals for other options.

About the Firm

Chaudhary Law Office is a law firm dedicated to its clients. To this end, offer service to clients in Chinese, and Hindi. All of our support staff is fluent in the English language. Our dealings with clientele are characterized by courtesy and expertise. We are happy that with each success we remained true to our commitment: representing our clients the way we would want to be represented while managing costs as though they were our own.

We have successfully tried cases and have resolved many others. We have represented clients in complex immigration fact situations before immigration officers, immigration tribunals, and the Federal Court of Canada. Here is a partial overview:
