After reviewing all the discussion on spousal immigration I have two comments. 1. Visa offices around the world should not be so suspisious of applicants. WHO CARES if a few bad apples slip by. We will get the second generation as good Canadian citizens (Australia was founded on crimminals). 2. Read the Canadian Bar Association's letter to the Immigration Appeal Board concerning a new upcoming amendment to Spousal immigration. They are right and the government is wrong.
